Just cube up the angel food cake into bite-size squares. Dip it quickly into the tequila (keep in mind, the more you dip, the stronger they will be).

Gently place them into a pot with 350 F oil. Fry them up until they’re golden on all side.

Give a generous sprinkle of powdered sugar.
