2 eggs
2 slices of bread
Butter
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on both sides of sliced bread. Cut a circular hole in the middle of bread slice by using the top of the cooking spray lid as a cutter.
Heat skillet to medium heat.
Place one slice of bread in skillet, crack an egg into the hole of the bread.
After the egg white has turned white, turn the bread slice to the other side.
Cook both sides until all the egg white has turned white and bread slice is golden brown. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
