14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 c pine nuts

confectioners for dusting

Preheat oven to 350

Butter 9” round cake pan and line with waxed paper. Butter pain again and flour lightly.

Put eggs, milk, pine nuts in blender and blend, stopping to scrape the pine nuts off the sides of the blender as needed until completely smooth.

Pour mixture into pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until center of cake comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Unmold bottom side up. Sprinkle with confectioners just before serving.

Forgot to use wax paper and could not remove the cake from the pan so we just cut it in 4 large pieces and Yiayia, Elissa, Chris and I just dug right in and it was delicious!
