2 c. white & 2 c. wholewheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Add:
1 Tblsp. honey
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. of sour milk or buttermilk

Some rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 dry ingredients.
Add the honey, egg & milk.
(Add more milk if needed to make a soft dough)

Knead a few times in rolled oats.

Form into a ball. Flatten slightly.

Place on baking sheet and cook @ 375º for approx. 50 - 60 mins.

Be sure to let it cool a little before cutting.....
because once its cut the whole loaf will disappear!
