2 cups Chunky Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) or,
2 cups sautéed well drained ground beef or ground turkey
1 cup boiling water (add with stewed tomatoes if not using TOP)
1 cup smoked BBQ sauce
3/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 lg yellow onion, chopped
1 lg green bell pepper, chopped
1 lg red bell [pepper, chopped
2 tsp Cayenne chili pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
5 - 14.5oz stewed tomatoes
2 - 15oz cans kidney beans, drained
2 - 15oz cans black beans, drained
2 - 15oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
If not using ground beef or turkey, reconstitute the TVP with the mixture of boiling water. Let stand for 15 minutes until the liquid is socked up by the TVP.
Saute garlic, onion, and bell peppers in olive oil until they are tender, do not overcook!
Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and ground pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Add the tomatoes, BBQ sauce, molasses, and the TVP. Mix and then simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until hot.
Add all the black and kidney beans including the corn. Gently mix these ingredients, and then simmer on low heat for another 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve in bowl, top with shredded cheese and the fresh cilantro.
