8 c mashed or riced potatoes
1/2 c cream
1/2 c butter
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3 c flour + 1/2 c on board or table for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, rice 3 times, add butter, cream, salt and sugar. Let cool overnight. Mix in flour and roll out on a lightly floured board. Bake lefse on grill, temperature about 500 degrees.
