Pecan Pie Recipe

1 C Dark Karo Syrup
3 eggs
1 C Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C pecan pieces (not whole)
1 9" premade pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Prick holes in the bottom of the pie crust. Back as directed.

Cream butter with sugar. Once combined stir in vanilla.
Scramble 3 eggs, then whisk in Karo syrup. Blend into butter mixture.
Fold in pecans.

Pour entire mixture into pie crust.

Cover edges with foil so not to burn.

Bake 60-70 minutes. Middle of pie should be 200º
