2 small or 1 large box cherry Jello
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup diced celery
2 cups (1 bag) cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cherry Jello, sugar, and boiling water together; stir until Jello is dissolved. Combine reserved pineapple juice with enough water to equal 1 1/2 cups liquid. Slightly grind cranberries with a little water, drain. Add liquid, cranberries, celery, and walnuts to Jello mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish; chill overnight.
