2 - 3 Large boneless chicken breasts
2 - 3 eggs
container of Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. Johnny's Garlic mix or garlic powder
flour, for coating chicken
water
1/2 - 3/4 cups of butter
large jar of spaghetti sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
box of spaghetti or angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Put water into a bowl. Whisk eggs into another bowl. Put flour onto paper plate. Put 1 - 2 cups of bread crumbs onto another paper plate. Mix Johnny's or garlic powder into the bread crumbs. Place breasts underside up on a cutting board and cover with wax paper. Pound the chicken to about 1/2" thick.

Heat skillet to low-medium to medium heat. Dip chicken into water, then flour, then egg, then bread crumb/garlic mixture. Add butter to skillet. Place chicken breast in skillet. Repeat same steps with the other chicken breasts. Add butter as needed. Brown chicken 4-5 minutes per side.

Line 9" x 13" pan with spaghetti sauce. Place browned chicken breasts in pan. Put spaghetti sauce on top.

Preheat oven to 350º. Cook chicken in oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Put shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken. Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

While chicken is in the oven, cook the pasta. Serve over pasta.
