1 pound fettuccine noodles
¼ lb. sweet butter
½ cup sweet cream
1 Tbsp. olive oil
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until tender, 8-10 minutes, in salted, boiling water with olive oil. Drain thoroughly in colander.

Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add cheese and cream and mix. Add beaten egg gradually and blend.

Mix noodles and sauce together and it is ready to serve!
