1 clove garlic. minced
6 jalapeño peppers
4 tomatillos, chopped
6 plum tomatoes, diced
1 onion, finely diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons Parsley, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
In a food processor, finely chop the garlic and jalapeño peppers. Add the tomatillos and chop again. Remove the mixture and combine with the remaining ingredients.

The salsa can be served immediately, but the flavors will blend nicely if it is chilled for several hours or overnight.
