1/4 C. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 C. milk
1 C. sugar
1 C. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan combine flour & salt. Whisk in milk gradually, while heating on medium high heat. Cook, stirring until thick. Approximately 1 - 3 minutes. Cool completely.
Scrape flour mixture into mixing bowl. Beat with mixer. Add sugar, soft butter, & vanilla. Beat until fluffy and creamy. Spread on cooled cake. Cover with flaked coconut. (Optional).
