4 C flour
3 C wheat flour
3 C quick oats
1 t baking powder
2 t soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 t allspice
2 t nutmeg
2 T cinnamon
1 C chopped walnuts
Raisins
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 C oil
1 C molasses
1 C sugar
3-4 C grated carrots, firmly packed
1 Can chopped pineapple, small can undrained
2 1/2 C buttermilk

Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together, then add walnuts and raisins. Mix wet ingredients separately and add to the dry. mix only until flour disappears. Spoon into prepared muffin tins, filling to the brim. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until muffins test done
