3 1/2 C flour
2 C sugar
4 t cinnamon
3 t. ground nutmeg
2 t. ground cloves
4 t. baking powder
2 t baking soda
1 t. salt
1 C raisins
4 eggs
1/2 C melted butter slightly cooled
2 1/2 C cooked or canned pumpkin
1 C plus 4 T semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together thoroughly the flour, sugar, spices, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the raisins to coat with flour. In a small bowl beat together well the eggs, butter, and pumpkin. Stir in the chocolate chips. Add the egg mixture to the dry moisture all at once and fold together until the flour mixture is just moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350º or until toothpick tester comes out clean.
