Meatballs:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
½ onion, finely chopped
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika

Additional ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup (reconstituted with ½ milk and water)
Cooked rice (about 4 cups)
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
For the meatballs you may use your own recipe or combine the ingredients to make small meatballs. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes until done. Cool.

Mix reconstituted mushroom soup with the cooked rice. Sprinkle in chopped parsley. Add cooked meatballs. Put into casserole dish and heat.
