1 peck medium cucumbers, sliced thin
12 medium onions, sliced thin
4 green peppers, sliced thin
1 c salt

Syrup:
2 quarts vinegar
2 T celery seed
1/4 c white mustard seed
9 c sugar
2 t tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Put the cucumbers, onions and peppers in a large bowl and cover with the salt. Rinse and drain.

Boil the vinegar, celery seed, white mustard seed , sugar and tumeric until sugar is dissolved. Add the cucumbers. Bring to a boil again. Can.
