3 c. SR cornmeal
4 T. Mayonnaise
1 c. Water
3 large T. Hot cooking oil

Directions:

Mix corn meal, mayo and water together in mixing bowl; mix well. Add hot oil; stir well. Pour mixture into a hot skillet and bake at 350º until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
