Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks)
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder*
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

*Can substitute Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder for a richer fudge

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, over a medium to low heat, completely melt the butter.
Add in Cocoa Powder & Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix well. I like to use mixing beaters to make sure that the butter and condensed milk combine really well. Bring to a low boil, stirring continuously for 5-7 mins. Be careful not to burn the mixture. Remove mixture from heat, stir in the vanilla. Carefully pour mixture into a glass jar or similar container. You can use it immediately, and then refrigerate it for up to a month. So, so creamy and yummy!
