4 eggs
1 c. Milk
1/2c. Flour
1/4 cocoa
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 c. Melted butter
1-2 TBS butter to grease the pan.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a Blender until Frothy. Let rest at least 15 min or even overnight.
In a 7 inch saute pan over medium high heat ,butter the pan and pour 1/3 c. batter into pan swirling batter to coat pan. Cook 1-3 min until edges or dry . Flip and cook 30 sec to 1 min until golden brown.
