3c. FLour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking powder
2 c. Sugar
2c. Canned Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
4 eggs
1 1/4c. Melted Butter

optional: 1c. chopped walnut or 1 c. Raisins

Directions:

Beat eggs,sugar, pumpkin and butter.Stir in dry ingredients.Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake @ 350║for 1 hour. Cool 10 min then remove from pans.
