6 Strips of Bacon cooked and crumbled
12 eggs Boiled, Peeled and the yolks set aside.
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
3 TBS Finely chopped Red Onion
3 TBS Sweet Relish

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in a large saucepan. Cover them with cool water so they are submerged at least an inch. Slowly bring water to a boil over medium heat; when the water has reached a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit 12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to a colander; place under cool running water to stop the cooking. Peel eggs and slice horizontally and remove the yolks. Mix the cooked yolks with the Mayo, Bacon, Onion, Relish, Salt and Pepper.
Fill a ziplock with the filling. Cut one corner of the ziplock to create a piping hole. Pipe the yolk mixture into Cooked Egg White shells .
Sprinkle with Paprika.Refigerate until ready to serve.
