Crust: 1c. Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 c. Flour
1/2tsp Salt

1 1/2 c walnuts
4 oz Blue Cheese
48 pitted Dates
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Finely chop Walnuts and mix with blue cheese.
Crust: Beat Butter and Cream cheese until creamy.Gradually stir in flour and salt.
Divide in 4 parts. Flatten each part into a disk and wrap in Plastic. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or in freezer for 1 hour.
Roll each disk into a 10 inch circle and cut into 12 wedges. cover with 1/2 c. Walnut mixture.Place a whole date on each wedge and roll, starting at wide edge create a crescent-shaped pocket.
Place on a greased, foil-covered pan with the seam down.Brush with beaten egg white and bake @ 350º for 30-35 min, Rotating pans halfway through form lower shelf to upper shelf.
