4 Ripe Bananas
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Applesauce
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place bananas in large bowl and mash with electric mixer. Stir in sugar and let stand 15 minutes. Add applesauce and eggs, beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
