1/2c. melted butter
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3c. sugar
Filling:
3-8 0z cream cheese
4 eggs
1c. sugar
1c. sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 Lemon
2TBS flour
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix together and press into springform pan. Bake @ 300ºfor 10 min.
Filling: Mix until smooth, Pour into baked crust. Cover the outside of the springform pan with aluminum foil.
Place pan in a roasting pan and fill large outer pan with 1 inch of hot water to create a bath for the springform pan.Bake @ 300º for 1 hour. Crack oven door and turn off oven let sit 2 hours. Then chill Cheesecake at least 8 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
