750 g boneless pork cut in 1" cubes
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c sweet n' sour sauce
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/4 c water
1-398 ml (14 oz) can pineapple pieces
1 small green pepper cut in strips
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Soy Sauce
1-170 g pkg Chinese peapods cooked

Directions:

Brown pork lightly in margarine. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in sauce, vinegar and water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add pineapple and green pepper to meat and mix well. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Combine reserved pineapple juice and cornstarch. Stir into sauce and cook until thickened. Season to taste with soy sauce. Serve garnished with Chinese peapods.
