3 TBS melted Butter
1c. Flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Milk
2 TBS Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in Blender until Frothy.Let sit at least 15 min or even overnight.In a Small saute pan melt 1/2 tsp butter,add 1/3 c. Batter,swirling in pan to spread evenly. Flip after 1-2 min when edges are dry. then cook 30 seconds-1 min more. Slide out of pan Repeat this process making sure to grease the pan between crepes.
