2 lbs Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/3 C. Margarine (Melted)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 C. Sour Cream
2 C. Grated Cheese
1/2 C. Chopped Onion

Topping
1/2 C. Margarine
2 C. Crushed Corn Flakes or Ritz Crackers.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix first 8 ingredients well. Spread in 2 Qt buttered baking dish. Combine corn flakes or crackers with 1/2 Melted Margarine. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
