3 Cartons of 8 oz Marscapone Cheese
1 c. Sugar
2c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 TBS Vanilla
1/2c. Rum
3 packages of Lady Fingers
Dry Cocoa
2 c. Espresso
Directions:
Directions:
Mix marscapone, sugar,cream,vanilla and rum together until Smooth and thick and creamy.
Arrange 1 1/2 pkg of Lady fingers on bottom of 9x13 pan. Soak with 1/2 of Espresso.Spread 1/2 of Cheese mix then sift Cocoa over it. Repeat layers of lady fingers, espresso,Cheese Mix and Cocoa.

Chill at least 4 hours

This is the Sartains go to dessert! We have served this year round but always at Christmas. For a more festive presentation, add a marischino cherry on top of each piece. The can be frozen and thawed for a future treat.
