Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter or Margarine
1 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt

4 Eggs

2 small boxes of Vanilla Instant Pudding
8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups Milk
8 ounce carton Cool Whip

Hershey's Chocolate Syrup or Ice Cream Topping

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400

Boil water and butter in a medium size saucepan. Remove from heat and add flour and salt. Stir to combine. Let this mixture cool for 15 minutes and then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. This mixture will get very slimy and not want to mix well together, but if you continue to mix it will smooth out and become a sticky paste. Spread mixture in an 10x15 jelly roll/bar pan.

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. The mixture will puff way up while baking. Remove from oven and let it cool, when cool press the mixture down so you can spread the pudding mixture on top.

Combine the 2 boxes of pudding mix, cream cheese and milk in a bowl and beat with a mixer or immersion blender until well blended. Spread this mixture on top of the crust. Frost with Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate on the top.

Refrigerate.
