2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce (found in the Asian food section of a grocery store)
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons dry Sherry or cooking Sherry (found near the cooking wine in a
grocery store)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Red Food Coloring (may be omitted if desired)
1/4 cup Sugar
2 small Pork Tenderloins (not Pork Loin, usually come 2 in a package and are 2" in diameter and 10-12" long)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry, salt, red food coloring and sugar in a gallon Ziploc bag or glass bowl-DO NOT mix in a metal container!!

Add Pork tenderloins to the bag, seal tightly and marinate overnight in the fridge, turning the bag several times.

the next day-Preheat oven to 350º. Remove the marinated tenderloins from the bag and place on a foil lined broiler pan. Save the marinate. Bake for 25 minutes turn the tenderloin over and bake an additional 25 minutes. Baste occasionally.

Remove from oven and cool. When cool wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. When ready to serve slice into thin slices and serve with hot mustard.
