1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
3/4 C white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 C milk
1 C fresh blueberries

Crumb Topping:
1/2 C white sugar
1/3 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C butter, cubed
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line muffin tin with paper cups.
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Place vegetable oil in a 1 C measuring cup. Add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup.
Mix with the flour mixture. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups to the top.
Mix flour, sugar butter and cinnamon with a fork to make crumbs. Sprinkle over muffin tops, bake 20 minutes or until done.

I make 9 cupcake sized muffins and usually have to bake a little longer than 20 minutes.
