2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 pound butter
2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions:
Mix butter and flour into crumbs. Add eggs, sugar and sour cream. Roll out pastry. Cut into circles. Top with small amount of plum jam and close with another circle. Bake at 350° until done, about 15 to 17 minutes.

Any jam other than plum jam will run out during baking. If using another type of jam, bake cookies first and then sandwich together with a small amount of jam while still warm.
