1 cup fresh Cranberries
1 cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup diced Pitted Dates
Grated rinds of 2 Oranges
2 ¼ cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¾ cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs, beaten
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in one bowl and the next 5 in another bowl. Mix well and add contents of second bowl into first. Mix thoroughly. Add oil, buttermilk, and eggs; mix until well combined. Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan and pour in batter. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
