1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (19 oz.) tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 a green pepper, in strips
1 1/2 cups of minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in frying pan (in chunks). Add chopped onion and cook until tender. Drain off excess fat. Add bouillon and water. Stir and simmer until dissolved. Add seasoning, tomatoes and corn; bring to a boil. Add green pepper and rice. Simmer 5 minutes.
