1 pound boneless pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 - 16 oz. cans black beans, drained
1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 t ground cumin
2 T chili powder
1/2 t salt
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 C plain low-fat yogurt or sour cream
2 T chopped cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, stir together pork, beans, bell peppers, tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Spoon into individual bowls and top with yogurt/sour cream and cilantro
