1 1/2 C uncooked medium shell pasta
1 T oil
2 C shredded lettuce
1 C shredded ham
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 - 10 oz bag frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 C sliced green onions
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine pasta and oil.
Layer lettuce, pasta, ham, egg, peas and cheese in large clear glass bowl or baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, green onions, salt and pepper, mix until smooth.
"Frost" lettuce mixture with dressing mixture, sealing to edge of bowl.
Cover bowl tightly.
Chill for 12 hours.
Toss gently before serving.
