2 lb beef and pork sausages
2 tbsp. water
1 lb (10 oz) can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup boiling water
2 Oxo beef cubes
1 1/2 c noodles
3 c boing water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp dry vegetable flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Place sausages and water in frying pan. Cover and brown slowly, shaking pan occasionally. When cooked remove from pan and keep hot. Saute mushrooms in same pan for 2 min. Add 1 c boiling water and Oxo beef cubes and stir to dissolve. Make paste of flour with 1/2 c cold water. Stir into gravy. Cook 10 min. Cook noodles in 3 cups boiling water seasoned with salt, basil and vegetable flakes. Drain and mix with butter. Arrange noodles and sausages in serving dish. Spoon the mushroom sauce on top.
