Same as Macaroni and Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes except no cheese
3 slightly beaten eggs

Directions:
Use the same white sauce recipe as for Macaroni and Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes, except don't add the cheese. When the white sauce is boiling and thickened, add a small amount of sauce to the beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Then add the egg mixture back to the white sauce. This prevents the eggs from cooking in lumps. Mix well. Serve sauce over toast. We love to serve applesauce and sometimes bacon with this.
