1/3 c vegetable oil (75 ml)
1/4 c vinegar (50 ml)
3 tbsp. soy sauce (45 ml)
1 tbsp. granulated sugar (15 ml)
2 Oxo Beef Bouillon packets
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp minced ginger (10 ml)
1 lb boneless port cut into strips (500 g)
2 tbsp. liquid honey (25 ml)
Garnish: Sesame seeds.

In a shallow baking dish or pie plate combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, oxo, garlic and ginger. Add pork strips to mixture turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate in marinade at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. About 30 min before cooking soak wooden skewers in cold water to prevent burning. Thread meat on skewers accordion style. Place on broiler pan and broil 3-4 minutes on each side. In a small saucepan add honey to reserved marinade and bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle satays with sesame seeds if desired. Serve with hot dipping sauce.
