8-12 oz. Fresh whole mushrooms
Peppers - sliced
Onions- sliced
2-3 lbs. Beef steak (cubed & seasoned with salt & pepper)
1- 8 oz. Johnny's French Dip au jus - mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in hot oil - transfer to crockpot. with Johnny's French Dip au jus. Cook on high 2-4 hours. About 10 min. before serving sauté the vegetables and add to meat. Thicken to desired consistency with 2-3 Tbsp. of cornstarch dissolved in water.
