1 tsp whole cloves
1 (3") cinnamon stick
1 tsp whole allspice
1/2 gal apple cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Tie spices in a small cloth bag (or us a loose tea diffuser). combine cider, brown sugar and salt in kettle or large pot on stove. Add spice bag to cider mixture. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or place into crock pot on low until mixture is hot and had a chance to simmer.
