1 cup cream (or half and half)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup whiskey
1 tsp instant coffee
2 T chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Blend all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.

Never add these ingredients to good Irish whiskey! However, you don't want the whiskey to be too cheap, either. I generally use Canadian whiskey. Save attractive bottles during the year and then give Irish Cream as holiday gifts - very popular!
