1lb. liver
1 onion
Oil for frying
2 Tblsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Season liver with season all and pepper
Dust very lightly with flour but not to much you don't want to coat it
When done remove liver from pan and add onions with oil left from liver
Cook onions until they start to get soft
Place cooked liver back in pan with onions
Add enough water to cover liver and onions and let simmer for 20-25 mins.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to liver stir until smooth
Let simmer for 25-20 mins.
