1 lb. Sea Scallops
1 lb. Bacon
1 Can sliced Water Chestnuts
1 Can Chunk Pineapple

Wooden kabob skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Place wooden skewers in water and soak.

Place a Water Chestnut on top of Scallop and wrap with Bacon (may only require a 1/2 a slice).

Place each wrapped Scallop on the skewer with a piece of Pineapple in between.

Broil until bacon is fully cooked rotating every few minutes.
