1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling:
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 tub whipped topping (recipe calls for the smaller one, but my family always uses the bigger one. We like whipped topping!)
3 1/2 cup cold milk
2 (4 serving size) chocolate pudding

Mix flour, nuts and 1/4 cup sugar in a 13x9 pan. Stir in butter until flour is moist. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.

Filling layers:
Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp milk in a large bowl. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.

In another bowl, mix 3 1/2 cup milk in a large bowl and add pudding mixes. Beat until well blended and thick. Pour over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate until set, or for 4 hours. Layer with remaining whipped topping before serving! Garnish with halved pecans or walnuts.
