4 slices side bacon
1 lb pork liver sliced
1/2 c flour
1/2 c green pepper cubed
2 c tomato wedges
1/2 c onion thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork liver in strips and soak in milk for at least 15 minutes. Slice bacon in small pieces and fry in wok or electric frypan until crispy. Remove pork liver from milk and pat dry. Dredge strips with flour. Saute pork liver in wok with bacon, then add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 25 min. Serving suggestions: rice or buttered noodles.
