1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups onions chopped
2 lbs ground pork
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c hot water
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 c green pepper diced
2-19 oz cans of plum tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1/3 c chili powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-19 oz cans of kidney beans
7 drops of hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in vegetable oil until shiny. Add pork and brown thoroughly. Dissolve cocoa in hot water and add to pork mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer 1 hour in large uncovered saucepan. Serve topped with croutons, crusty rolls and green salad.
