1 packed dry chow mein noodles

Vegetables: Onion, Celery, Carrot, Peppers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Water chestnuts, Baby Corn, Snap peas

Sauce/Spices: Soya sauce, Oyster Sauce, Ginger, Hot Sauce, Teriyaki

Crushed peanuts

Directions:
Sauté vegetables with desired spices, such as soya sauce, ginger, hot sauce, teriyaki or oyster sauce. Sauté until vegetables start to change color (don't overcook). Once vegetables are cooked, add cooked and sliced chicken breast, steak and pork, or seafood. Cook noodles according to package (boil 2 minutes max), drain then add cooked veggies and meat to noodles. Mix thoroughly, and top with crushed peanuts.
