1 1/2 c julienne strips cooked ham
1/2 c finely cubed swiss cheese
1/2 c diced celery
1/2 c drained diced canned pineapple
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch each cayenne and black pepper
3 or 4 large crusty rolls
Butter for spreading

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together ham, cheese, celery and pineapple in medium bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, mustard and peppers in small bowl. Stir into ham mixture. Cut tops off rolls and scoop out crumbs from inside leaving a sturdy shell (set aside crumbs for another use, such as stuffing). Butter inside of rolls lightly if desired and fill with ham mixture. Replace tops and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Enjoy rolls with cucumber and carrot sticks and oatmeal cookies for dessert.
