2 lbs spareribs
1/4 c boiling water
1 Oxo beef cube
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Dissolve Oxo beef cube in boiling water and stir in remaining ingredients. Brush this sauce on all sides of the sparerib pieces. Bake in 325º oven for 1 3/4 hours until tender. Turn and baste spareribs with remaining sauce several time during cooking.
